Self-Esteem

Self-esteem is a person’s sense of self-worth and value. It can influence our motivation, mental well-being, decision making and life choices. It impacts the level of confidence we have in our abilities and way in which we view ourselves and the world around us. Self-esteem is crucial to our ability to function effectively, conquer adversity, and show resiliency. It is about learning to love ourselves for who we are faults and all. There is no greater gift than being proud of yourself, carrying your head up high, and holding yourself in positive regard.
